A Relaxation Massage is designed to soothe tired muscles and reduce chronic and acute stress. The Massage Therapist utilizes gentle strokes to help achieve total relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage is designed to relieve chronic tight muscles and pain. Adhesions and scar tissue form in muscles because of injury, chronic poor posture, chronic or acute inflammation and repetitive motions. The Massage Therapist uses specific Deep Tissue techniques to breakdown the adhesions and scar tissue to relieve muscle tension and pain.
Prenatal Massage
